Shipping and delivery
We ship our products within Canada and the USA, using the services of various couriers depending on location, mainly FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Canada Post. If you are interested in purchasing a chair outside of Canada and the USA, please contact us at email@example.com and we will offer you appropriate shipping options.
The buyer chooses the address of delivery when placing the order. Delivery charges apply according to the address where the product is being delivered.
The standard delivery time is up to 14 business days after the full payment if the product is available in the local warehouse in Canada. In all other cases, or in the case of a special tailor-made product, the delivery time may vary between two to eight weeks.

It is the customer´s responsibility to review the assembly instruction (Manual) carefully before starting to assemble the Spinalis product, in order to avoid damage or destruction of the product.
Since SpinaliS healthy chairs are made in Europe and the chair-frame is made of high-quality steel, you can be sure that SpinaliS is one of the most reliable chairs, which will serve you for many years. Over a hundred thousand of our European customers have already been using SpinaliS chairs for over 10 years, without any claims.
SpinaliS warrants a 3-year long warranty for all metal parts and a 2-year long warranty for fabric parts.
In the case of any claim, please contact our Customer Service via email, we will help you to solve this as soon as possible.
If your SpinaliS was delivered by FedEx or other couriers in the box, and you found out, that the chair is damaged right from the start, please report this to our Customer Service via email immediately, at the latest within 24 hours from the delivery. It is a customer´s responsibility to fully inspect the merchandise within this time frame. Claims accepted after 24 hours of delivery will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty rules.
SpinaliS Chairs that have been ordered per the customer's request are ineligible for returns.
In the case of a potential exchange of the product, it is possible with standard materials and colors only, based on mutual agreement with SpinaliS. However, we want to help you purchase exactly what you want on the first try.
All SpinaliS chairs returns must receive prior written approval.
All returns must be in the original condition and packaging, including the original bill or invoice. Scratched or damaged chairs are ineligible for returns.
Each customer is responsible for delivering the chair back to our store in Vancouver, BC. The address is in the contacts. Each customer is responsible for all shipping costs - there and back. If the customer originally received the chair from SpinaliS Canada with the Free Shipping Promo or with Discounted Shipping Rate, in case of a return, the customer will be refunded the amount for the chair after deduction of FULL shipping costs covered by SpinaliS Canada.
A restocking fee of 20% from the original chair price will be charged.
All discounted chairs are at FINAL SALE CONDITION.
